He brings over ten years of experience in senior managerial positions, with a track record of turning strategy into revenue. His work spans product positioning, go-to-market execution, team leadership, data-led optimisation, and the building of strong cross-functional collaborations and commercial partnerships. Tom holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), along with a Uganda Business Development Services qualification (UBDS) and a Diploma in Education.
